Our warranty provides coverage for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Coverage Details:
During the warranty period, if any product is found to have defects in workmanship or materials, We will either replace the product or provide a reasonable adjustment or allowance towards the purchase of a new product, at our discretion.
Costs Responsibility:
Please note that all costs associated with the replacement or adjustment, including but not limited to labor, freight, service, and taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exclusive Remedy:
The buyer acknowledges that replacement or adjustment, as stated above, is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. MITCO or The Modern Shop shall not be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.
